Our courses are community-focused and designed to empower you with grounded wisdom and practical tools. They guide you through the gates of your most transformational healing. Brighitta holds space for her students to rediscover their true magic using the alchemy of sitting in circles and connecting to nature as a foundation for expansive attunements. Our training emphasizes embodying the soul and embracing our humanity with compassion. Reiki is an elegant and accessible practice that incorporates meditation and mindfulness techniques. This energy aligns us with our essence, harmonizing the mind and body with the effortless intelligence of the Universe, making us feel both grounded and expansive.

We offer ongoing support to help you integrate the practice after the course. Brighitta has been teaching Reiki since 2016 and practicing since 2004. Her Reiki Courses are accredited by the Complementary Medical Association. You can read what our lovely students have said on our website.

Our sound baths offer a chance to rest, receive, and connect with your Deep Self. As the body listens to the sound with every cell, vibrations are felt as tangible movements of energy. People often see colors or enter a dreamlike space of inspiration and knowing. Nothing is expected of you, and there is no dogma to follow. This is simply an opportunity to lay down and be soothed by celestial harmonies as we gather to share peace.

Reiki means Sacred Life Energy. Our session will be guided by the sacred energy of your body and spirit as you receive what you need from the Spirit of Life. My sessions offer a space of peace where you can rest, recover, replenish, and find your flow as you receive the gentle loving energy that is Reiki. I provide a compassionate space for nourishment during the often spiraling path of healing. It’s a privilege to create a sacred space for you to explore your inner self.

I’ve been a Reiki Practitioner for over twenty years and a Sound Therapist for the past six. My work with hundreds of clients has given me a sensitive understanding of the correlation between the energy body and life circumstances. I help clients translate these codes to support them in connecting the dots, illuminating, and healing the root cause of imbalances. The healing we do in this space will ripple across levels seen and unseen, traveling through timelines, memories, and narratives to reveal the truth so we can gently and gratefully release what no longer serves us. Vibrational medicine gives us exactly what we need, meeting us where we are. If we need physical or emotional healing, we’ll receive it. If we need guidance, we’ll get it directly from our inner teacher, the ancient part of us that already knows.
