I’m Tracy Rice, the founder of Maidstone Bootcamp, where we focus on outdoor group fitness classes that are fun, inclusive, and effective for all fitness levels. Founded in 2011, Maidstone Bootcamp was born from my passion for creating a positive and motivating environment where people of all ages and abilities can achieve their fitness goals.

Our bootcamp sessions are held in beautiful outdoor locations in Maidstone and Bearsted, and we also offer online classes for those who prefer to work out at home. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have seen firsthand how exercise not only improves physical health but also mental well-being. Our approach is all about making fitness accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone, regardless of their starting point.

Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve your endurance, or simply find a supportive community, Maidstone Bootcamp has something for you. We offer a range of sessions, including weekday mornings and evenings, and Saturday mornings, to fit around your schedule. Each workout is designed to challenge you at your own level, with modifications available to suit all abilities.

In addition to group classes, we provide personalised body diagnostic assessments, nutritional advice, and goal setting to ensure you’re on track to meet your desired outcomes. Our philosophy is simple: fitness is for everyone. We tailor exercises to suit individual needs, ensuring that each member feels seen, heard, and respected. With over 12 years of experience running outdoor fitness classes, I have developed a deep understanding of what motivates people to keep pushing towards their goals. My journey began with a desire to create a community-focused fitness environment where everyone feels welcome, and it has grown into a thriving bootcamp that serves people of all ages and fitness levels across Maidstone, Bearsted, and beyond.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, from teenagers to older adults, tailoring workouts to suit their specific needs and abilities. My training style focuses on a combination of resistance and weight training, which is essential for building muscle and improving overall health. I’ve seen the transformative effects that consistent exercise can have on my clients, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

At Maidstone Bootcamp, we believe in the power of group exercise. Training outdoors not only provides the physical benefits of working out but also boosts mood, reduces stress, and improves overall mental health. The fresh air and natural surroundings enhance the workout experience, making it more enjoyable and engaging. I am also committed to education and continuously expanding my knowledge of fitness and nutrition to better serve my clients. Over the years, I have completed numerous certifications and courses in personal training, group fitness, and nutrition coaching. This dedication to professional development ensures that our bootcamp members receive the highest standard of training and support.
