Hi, I'm Bea, An experienced and fully qualified YMCA Level 2 GYM and fitness instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer based in SE London ( Bromley ). I do Home Visits . I offer 1-2-1 or 2-2-1 sessions. I specialise in Fat loss, Body Toning, Muscle Building and Postural Issues including the lower back. Consistently increasing my knowledge of training techniques and gaining insight into the correct mindset a person should have when they embark on their own fitness journey - because mental and physical fitness are two sides of the same coin. Now I am able to successfully share this knowledge with my clients, so they too can reach their fitness goals and gain confidence. I like to tailor each workout session to suit the personality of the individual(s) I work with, so they can reach their fitness goals. My aim is to equip you with the correct tools and knowledge of how to reach your desired objectives through a fun and educational approach through training, nutrition and lifestyle changes. Whether you are getting ready for a wedding or for the beach, whatever the occasion and reason may be, my mission is to support and guide you along the way.
